1. Only one FPO per registration in allowed.
2. Registration is open to eligible participants as per the event's specific criteria.
3. Stall allocation will be at the sole discretion of the iNDEXT-a, and the exhibitor has no right to choose or dispute the assigned stall location.
4. Registration and stall fees must be paid in full and Non-payment will result in automatic cancellation of the registration.
5. iNDEXT-a reserves the right to remove any exhibitor or participant displaying inappropriate behaviour.
6. Exhibitors are responsible for the safety and security of their own goods, equipment, and property. The host is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft.
7. By registering, exhibitors consent to the collection and use of their personal data for event-related purposes, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
8. iNDEXT-a is not liable for event cancellation or rescheduling due to circumstances beyond their control, including natural disasters or government restrictions.

આથી હૂં જાહેર કરું છુ કે મારા દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલ માહિતી અને અરજી અનુસંધાને જોડેલ દસ્તાવેજ મારી અને મારી કંપનીની જાણ અને માન્યતા મુજબ સાચા છે અને તેમાં કોઈ બાબત છુપાવેલ નથી. હૂં અને મારી કંપની જાણીએ છીએ કે ખોટી માહિતી કે દસ્તાવેજ રજુ કરવા એ કાયદા હેઠળ શિક્ષાને પાત્ર છે અને આવા સંજોગોમાં ખોટી માહિતી કે ખોટા દસ્તાવેજના આધારે મને/કંપનીને મળેલ લાભ રદ્દ થવા પાત્ર છે. વધુમાં મને/કંપનીને ફાળવવામાં આવેલ સ્ટોલ નો ઉપયોગ માત્ર પ્રાકૃતિક ખેત પેદાશના વેચાણ હેતુ માટે જ કરીશ જેની હૂ/કંપની બાહેંધરી આપીએ છીએ. મને/કંપનીને ફાળવેલ સ્ટોલ બાબતેના નીતિ નિયમોનું પાલન કરવા હૂ/કંપની બંધાયેલા છીએ અને જો ઉપરોક્ત માહિતી અને દસ્તાવેજોની વિગતો ખોટી ઠરે તો ગુજરાત એગ્રો ઇન્ડ. કોર્પોરેશન લિ. જે કોઈ નિર્ણય કરશે ટે મને/કંપનીને કબુલ મંજુર અને બંધનકર્તા રહેશે.
